These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Velune (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

Velune is an Australian-based skincare brand. All products are crafted in small, considered batches to preserve quality and freshness. By purchasing from us, you confirm you are over 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. As our products are made in small batches with natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur. These variations do not affect product efficacy. Occasionally, we may refresh our products and ingredient lists. All changes will always be transparently updated in our product descriptions and packaging to ensure you have the latest information.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic (Australia): Flat rate shipping applies, with free shipping available on orders over $200.
 

International: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or delays once the order has left Australia.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if a product is damaged in transit or demonstrably faulty. To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photographs if applicable. Full conditions are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.

6. Skin Safety & Disclaimer

Our formulations are developed with sensitivity in mind; however, individual reactions can vary. We recommend patch-testing before full use. Velune is not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or results that differ from customer expectations.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the property of Velune and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velune is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
